Maslow's Intergenerational Hierarchy Of Needs

You see, my great grandfather nearly worked himself to death.

My grandfather nearly drank himself to death.

My father nearly smoked himself to death.

My friends and I are having a competition to see what kills us first—the work, the amphetamines*, the women or the overthinking.

At least we have options.
